Broccoli Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked, cubed chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
- 1 10-oz package frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375, lightely grease a 9x13 baking dish; set aside
- Cut chicken into small cubes and cook until no longer pink
- Combine chicken, soup, milk, cheese, broccoli, green onions, basil and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Spread in prepared baking dish. Bake 50 minutes, until bubbly. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
